Terms & Conditions


At TexStar Cleaning, we understand the importance of a clean and healthy environment for both residential and commercial spaces.

That's why we go above and beyond to deliver reliable and affordable cleaning services that contribute to the well-being of our city.


Deposit & Payment


Deposit:
20% non-refundable deposit required to secure booking. If self booked online then full payment may be taken at time of booking.

Full Payment:
Due upon service completion. Accept cash, credit, or Venmo. Unless already paid during online booking.

Late Payment:
5% monthly fee on overdue payments after 14 days.

Cancellation:
Free if done 48 hours before the scheduled time, otherwise deposit is forfeited. If pre-paid and booked online call to reschedule your cleaning.

Satisfaction:
Complaints within 24 hours warrant a free re-clean of the area.

Pricing:
Occasionally Additional cleaning fees may be added if property requires an extra level of clean not specified at time of booking. All clients will be notified prior to any additional fees.

Property Requirements


Access:
Clients must provide property access for scheduled cleaning.

Property Condition:
Must be clutter-free and safe for cleaning.

Utilities:
Running water and electricity required.

Pets & Children:
Should be supervised or kept away during cleaning. A pet fee will be added at time of booking.

Damages:
Report any damages within 48 hours for repair or compensation.

Special Requests:
Must be agreed upon beforehand. May incur extra charges.
